It's really worth staying here, the view is beautiful, it's quiet, clean, really good.

Good location, good service, somehow when I first arrived at the hotel area, the vibes were like being abroad. Continued success for Artotel Cabin Bromo.

It's fun, but it's quite tiring, from the lobby to the room it's a bit of a long walk uphill/downhill.

The fo staff is very helpful, very friendly. The breakfast staff is also very helpful and responsive.

With the room rate around 3 million/ night, I expect the room has heater because the location of hotel is inside Bromo mountain area. But Hotel only provides exhaust which is not effective to warm the room. And the sound is really annoying. We cannot sleep, It was freezy and noisy.

The best view hotel at Bromo. The view so amazing specially at the sunrise time.

The view of the hotel is superb! Very wonderful location. We need to pay Bromo enterance fee 2 times to get to the hotel. The minus is there are loads of flies in the hotel area and cabins.

The electricity went out at night, and the water went out in the morning. It's a shame for such a nice hotel. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

There are lots of flies in the room and on the balcony, asking housekeeping for insect spray takes ages, drinking water is limited to mineral water bottles, it would be nice if the cabin had a dispenser

The hotel is in the perfect location to see Bromo and its surrounding attractions. The property was also very nice. Bought the package with breakfast included. It had a good variety of options. The only issue I see is the bug situation, something could have been done with the situation. The staff were all very friendly and helpful even though the room was not ready at check-in time.

The location is very close to the area of Mount Batok and whispering sand. The cabin room will feel very hot when exposed to the morning sun towards noon but when the night is very cold.

Sunrise is cool for those who want to go to Bromo comfortably

When staying there was no internet at all and the wifi was disconnected. Room service was very slow. When I wanted to order food and ask for the menu, the receptionist always passed it around. Wanting to order food, I had to wait for the restaurant to answer. The menu was not provided.

The bathroom drain was clogged, the water overflowed. There was a hole in the bathroom roof. There was no spoon for the cup to make coffee.

The view of the most perfect hotel I've ever visited is actually even cooler. You don't have to bother going up the mountain to see the sunrise because it's directly in front of the real room, which is really the best

Unfortunately cannot upload photos. Anyway, staff very helpful when we request to move the room to be close with the lobby. The scenery during the day is so beautiful and we should stay at least 2 nights.

The hotel is very comfortable. Themed cabins, not one building consisting of several rooms. But unfortunately, there are some access roads to the rooms that are difficult to access for 'baby strollers' or 'wheelchairs', purely stairs. The air during the stay was very cold, but unfortunately the cabin room door was not airtight, cold air gusts penetrated between the doors. Moreover, the bathroom window could let cold air from outside in, so everything felt cold, including the toilet / closet so it was very cold to use. The food, especially fish, was of very poor quality. At night I ordered 'Fish & Chips', it turned out to be all salty. In the morning breakfast at the restaurant, the fried fish tasted like mud. Sorry, I gave it to the stray cat that was roaming around the hotel cabin. During the night, there were 2 power outages, even though it was controlled with a generator.

Room 307 has a clogged closet. Moved 309 further away. Breakfast arrived at 8:00, most of the food was gone. Ordered a half-cooked fried egg but got a burnt one.

The heater is not working optimally so the room is still cold. The hot water for the shower is limited, you have to wait another 1/2 hour to get hot. The bathroom sink faucet should be repaired or replaced. The slippery shower floor tiles should use rough tiles. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is lacking. The access road to the hotel needs to be repaired. With such a beautiful view around the hotel, access to the hotel and room comfort should also be important to consider.

Very beautiful. Expensive but worth it huah close to all Bromo tourist attractions without getting tired
