the place is aesthetic hehe suitable for gen Z who want to staycation. it's complete with smart tv too. only the AC is not cold enough

The hotel staff is friendly and helps carry bags to the 3rd floor via stairs. The location is in a green and comfortable housing complex. Right next to the hotel there is an Alfamart so you can buy necessities during your stay.

Waiting for check in time for 2 hours. Very stiff. At 2 o'clock I checked with the male receptionist (named Ian) whether the room was ready but he answered "Are you in a hurry, sis?". What a very bad service. Even in 4/5 star hotels, there is no such bad service. This is the last time I will stay here.

The location is in Araya Golf, it's a bit far but it doesn't matter, the room is comfortable and quite spacious, the hot water is stable, it's good to feel at home lying down 😄

The AC is not cold, why is the floor always dusty if I don't wear hotel slippers my feet are always dirty, and this is the first time I've experienced a hotel with mosquitoes 😅 but the receptionist and security guards are very friendly 👍🏻.

Kamar bersih, kamar mandi bersih. Di lantai. Dasar banyak toko makanan. Semoga segera ada lift karena sulit kalo bawa koper harus melalui tangga apalagi kalo bawa anak kecil atau orang tua.
