As soon as you open the door, you can smell the smell of a smelly drain like a room that has not been used for a long time. Toiletries and towels are not provided, pillows are not given covers. The rest is pretty good. Hopefully there will be changes. Thanks.

Very happy & comfortable staying here, the service is good, the staff is great & friendly, the place is also strategic. there is wifi and hot water for bathing. the place is clean & fragrant. hopefully this hotel will be further improved & the facilities will be better in the future. Thank you

Stayed 1 night, the electricity went out 3 times. The hot water in the bathroom was not working. Check in was still manual. Hopefully in the future the facilities & services will be better

The hotel is cheap and cheerful. The location is close to GAA. The breakfast is delicious. Only the cleanliness needs to be improved. Please fix the flush toilet

It is recommended that the accommodation is close to tourist destinations, still close to the city center. The accommodation is clean, the sirs are very friendly, at a cheap price you get a great breakfast, poll checkout, your stomach is full. Thank you for playing in Bandung 😍

I paid the rent with breakfast included but unfortunately the hotel don't include breakfast and the electricity always down at night so please fix this problem. But overall the location is strategist for someone who want visit Lembang.

Even though I ordered one with AC, there was no AC, the room was not clean, and the towels were not replaced. Please help the employees maintain cleanliness. The TV remote control cannot be used. There is no mat or toothbrush. Please fix it again. The place is easy to find because it is on the side of the road.

Sangat menyenangkan, saya nginap 2 malam dan setiap hari kamar di bersihkan jarang banget hotel murah seperti ini, biasanya kalau hotel murah mau nginap 2 malam dibersihkan nanti kalau tamu sudah cek out. Rekomendasi buat kalian yang lagi ke Lembang.

Saya pikir hotel bintang 3 itu seharusnya lumayan ya. Ternyata zonk. Tidak tersedia air minum sama sekali dam tidak ada handuk. Suara bising dari luar jalan dan kami tidak bisa tidur sampai pukul 3 pagi. Kamar mandi juga berkerak kelihatan kotor. Mau pipis juga geli. Saya booking kamar dengan breakfast. Pd saat check in ok diterima oleh CSnya. Besoknya saya tanya pd stafnya dia blg kamar yang saya booking tidak dapet breakfast. Tentu saja dengan breakfast dan tidak qda breakfast harganya berbeda dan saya simpan screnshootnya kemudia saya tunjukkan. Saya blg kalo memang tidak dapet breakfast tidak apa-apa berarti uang saya harus dikembalikan biaya bfnya. Setelah beberapa menit petugas nya blg kalo itu salah input data. Tolong diperhatikan review dari customer untuk ke depannya jangan sampai makin banyak customer kecewa dengan pelayanan hptel. Terima kasih.

Gak lagi-lagi nginap di tempat ini, pertma masuk kamar aj udah ga enak baunya, remote tv ada 2 tapi batrenya harus gantian dicpot dulu baru bsa dipke. Pas m tidur emang berisik banget suara kndaraan karena posisinya dipinggir jalan. Yang pling parah paginya masa airnya mati sampai siang. Mau buang hajat aj susah harus turun dri lantai. 3 ke lantai. 1 udah kaya pengungsi mandi harus kluar kamar jauh pula beda gedung. Ini hotel terburuk sih yang pernah saya dpetin.

Kamarnya cukup standart ga ada AC tapi pagi dingin. Kalo di buka jendela cukup dingin tanpa AC. Tapi yang cukup terganggu karena persis di pinggir jalan dia berisik banget motor dan mobil yang lewat pas nge gas najak jadi cukup bikin ga bisa tidur. Mungkin ke depannya kalo ga ada AC jendelanya bisa di tralis jadi kita buka jendela pun merasa aman ga was-was. Kamar agak bau apek tapi so far besih semua perlengkapan kamarnya.
