Clean, big room, the sheet and the bed is comfortable. The food for breakfast is ok. Just need to improve the hot water in the pool which isn’t that hot :)

The hotel atmosphere is comfortable and the weather is cold for the swimming pool, the warm water is not too noticeable for the children's pool, it is a bit slippery because there is moss so it is a bit less clean

I really like the friendly service from arriving until leaving. The pool is spacious, the rooms are spacious, we ate late at 9 o'clock so everyone finished.

Overall OK, but the taste of the food in the restaurant is far from the class of a 4-star hotel. In my experience at a 4-star hotel, the taste has never failed.

A pleasant experience. The children's pool should be as warm as the adult pool. The place is comfortable, clean and the service is friendly. The srpan is quite good, during the Eid holiday when it was crowded at 8 o'clock the srpan was almost finished 🥲 it could be if it was stocked again hikzz poor people who swam first didn't get the main menu. Overall it's good 🏅✅

Recommended for a staycation with family. The place is clean, comfortable, and the service is friendly. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. The adult pool is not that warm, but it still feels cold. If possible, the children's pool can be warmer too 🙏😁. In my opinion, the morning breakfast is quite good, but there are not many variations considering this is a 4-star hotel. Overall, it's okay. 🏅✅

Overall it's ok, but the security during check out was really useless, we were carrying heavy luggage and no one helped us, they just looked at us. They should have helped us like that. 🥺

room service especially the availability of water in Kamaf Mandi especially on the 5th floor is often not available (out of stock) complained not responded. only 1 elevator while the queue is long & slow. Limited bell boys, food service in the restaurant is bad (plates, glasses run out), no towel service at the swimming pool, Getting in and out of vehicles in the lobby gets rained on, but still helped by the taste of the food and delicious food in the restaurant.

Strong and effective.

We booked 2 bedroom villa on March 8-9, 2025. The 2 bedroom villa was great, the overall service of the staff was also great especially the reservation staff, Liza, who always responded our inquiries very quickly. However, if I may provide some inputs for the hotel improvements, they will be: - The floor below the toilet in the bathroom isn't tilted enough causing water to accumulate and making it slippery. - There are several protruding bolts from under the 'ambalan', which can be hazardous for children playing in the room. - It may be best if the kids pool also has warm water instead of cold water. The cleanliness of the pool floor also needs more attention as some areas have moss making it slippery. - It may be easier if there is a quick access from the villa directly to the pool, so that we don't need to go around the villa just to come to the pool. - Instead of having an enclosed balcony in the bedroom, it would be better to convert it to additional bathroom so that there will be 2 bathrooms in the villa. Nevertheless, we had a great stay during our vacation in Guci and will definitely recommend Gulala Azana to our family and friends.

New hotel, easy to reach location, spacious rooms, plenty of parking, there is a restaurant with delicious food at affordable prices, warm water swimming pool.

Comfortable atmosphere, but there is no telephone in the room, everything is via Whatsapp, for the swimming pool on the first day of check in it was not clean enough and the adult swimming pool was not hot enough, facilities for the disabled were inadequate. Order food at room service, the chicken was hard. The advantages: complete breakfast food, nice view, friendly service. Comfortable for a staycation.

Hotel is very good, clean room and friendly staff

The view is great for chilling, family friendly, warm swimming pool, cold breakfast, because it is a new hotel, the service still needs to be improved.

I stayed for 2 days. It was quite pleasant because of the natural atmosphere and the private resort so that not too many people who are not interested are in the resort area. The hotel lobby is very spacious and the facilities are quite complete starting from room facilities with Netflix, play facilities, swimming pool, restaurant, cafe, and lounge. However, what is very unfortunate is the limited access to the pool and restaurant which are not open 24 hours plus it is difficult to find alternatives to find restaurants around the resort area. The closest is only Indomaret, if you want to find another restaurant you have to leave the Guci resort area which is quite inconvenient because you have to pass through the border area. Forced to hold back hunger or make instant noodles as an alternative that can be purchased through Klik Indomaret.

The hotel is still under construction and the sound of workers' machines and vehicles enter the room.
