Good hotel. Clean hotel, easy access, overall OK.

The phone is broken. Even if I ask someone to pick me up, it's hard to contact them.

The staff were very friendly and helped me with a special request for my anniversary. They went above and beyond to ensure it was a special evening. The grounds are very beautiful and there is much to explore. Definitely want to visit again.

At 6.15 in the morning there was a concrete worker in front of the room, it was so noisy, it woke me up :) even though I wanted to rest, because I was in a hotel. Breakfast was not buffet (maybe because it was Ramadan), I was not allowed to request 2 omelettes 😂. I was not given an empty ice either. Bad service :)

For the hotel manager, please be more friendly. When complained, don't criticize back. I'm really sorry, I won't come again. The service for the manager is really arrogant!

Lots to explore within the Hotel area. The bamboo trees, the streams, free roaming ducks, numerous birds. Love it!

Really like the atmosphere, lots of open space and animals so the kids will be happy. I just don't like the pillows and the bed which feel really hard. So it's not comfortable to sleep. Plus my neck hurts from there. 😭 Hopefully it can be a material for improvement for the hotel management. 🙏

Good facilities, spacious & cool hotel area

For the ambience, this hotel is very good for sports, you can see all kinds of animals. Make good healing. But the room is very old, the mattress is also not comfortable, the bathroom is also very old. The concept of the room is not good. The breakfast area is decent, but the staff in the breakfast area is very unfriendly. What's more, we have booked a room with 1 double bed, upon check-in we were given a twin until we debated. The service is lacking, but for a hotel like this, it should be better

okay, I've been wanting to go to this hotel for a long time, but I just got the chance

First time here, it's good. Everything on the breakfast menu is okay, especially the chicken noodles. It's just that the location from the room to the lobby is far, from the main lobby to the parking lot is also far. So, if you stay here, you have to prepare something that means you don't have to leave the hotel again. If you bring children, it's better to take a room near the swimming pool.

Want to go back on vacation again.
