the hotel staff is friendly... but what needs to be considered is the cleanliness of the room, the floor is a bit dusty, please note the sheets have stains.

TV remote is broken, battery is loose, AC remote is stuck, swimming pool is dirty, many places are closed and empty. Location is ok, free parking, staff is kind and informative.

The place is clean and comfortable for resting, the rooms are also nice and very comfortable, the staff are friendly. Next time I will come back here 👍👍

Overall it is good . But, maybe if the staff can check the room again before the guest checking in it will be good, because when I entered the room, there was bunch of ants, maybe because there were something stick on the floor (food or drink) And if they can improve the maintenance of the swimming pool that will be great The staff was very friendly, and helpful. the charge of the parking is 10k for car and 5k for motorcycle The staff will ask you to register your vehicle number, nice service.. Hopefully will be better later Thanks.

Guest parking in basement B2, B1 is for owners and management only, location is close to Jelupang toll gate. Swimming pool is available for children, nice. Standard toilet. In some places there are hair, ants

First look okay quite comfortable room also not small. The only minus is parking in the basement there is no elevator, so confused going up and down the stairs. Second, the pillow smells of someone's head, the bedsheet and bedcover smell too please fix it okay

The room is neat, quite clean, the air conditioning is cold, the location of the accommodation is quite strategic near the main road.

stayed here several times, it's comfortable.. the facilities provided are complete. the only minus is, the side windows are always locked.
