never disappointed 3rd experience, unfortunately this time my additional request was ignored not mentioned at all when checking in, but it's still comfortable and hopefully not disappointing. the staff is also responsive when there are problems in the room. thank you, hopefully in the future it will be better

The hotel staff was really helpful when unloading and loading my suitcases from the car. The staff, from the security guard to the receptionist, were all friendly and very helpful. I recommend staying here. I only stayed for 1 day and felt comfortable in this hotel. Thank you for your friendliness.

Hotel located in busy street of Muara Enim and therefore give access for easy shopping for us. Food is excellent with good taste and reasonable price. Room condition is quite dim and I would suggest to give more lightning.

The breakfast food is not very tasty, then the additional price for breakfast is very expensive, the food is just ordinary, even though it is for children, the price is extraordinary and not worth it.
