The reception girl was so kind for us. She helped us when my son need some rest before the check in time. The location is near with TRX mall, only 5 min walking. There are durians stall near hotel.

Clean.... Simple & Compact room.... Eco friendly.... Nice bathroom with open air. Breakfast was so delicious

I've been upgraded to corner loft unit, it was good, get a corner unit with huge glass window nice view to bukit bintang are. This was my second stay and will choose Lloyd again for the next visit

First time staying here. Didn't expect much because the price was quite cheap. Fact, I was in shock. Since I enter the lobby, everything was just 👌🏻 The interior especially, the aesthetics, the breakfast's laksa. Will come back definitely.

This is my second time staying here. The first time I came with a friend, we luckily got a free room upgrade to the loft room. Maybe it was during the off season. It was spacious, pretty, clean, we loved the breakfast and we loved the social pod, we immediately fell in love with the hotel. This second time I went with my sister, we did not get lucky unfortunately. So if I were to repeat next time, I will definitely get the spacious loft room. The breakfast this time was very delicious too. Also the hotel is located just behind (?) the TRX, we literally just walked there for dinner. For people travelling by public transport, just go inside the TRX mall and you can easily find the MRT station connected with the building. Overall, loved the concept and the atmosphere of the hotel.

One nice hotel with small but super compact room. I love the simplicity and every corner is just too pretty! Their staff is super welcoming and warm! Surely I'll be back!

It was a great stay but the laksa is a bit mehh

Stayed for 2 nights, the bed sheet was not changed and the guest amenities were not added. The coffee tea was not refilled.

Very strategic, right in front of the hotel there is a good place to eat, TRX mall is also behind the hotel. The service is okay, the receptionist is friendly and gives various culinary recommendations and helps us find the location of several places around the hotel. The room is nice and comfortable, when you enter it looks small, but after staying overnight it feels quite spacious. The downside, I ordered two big sky loft rooms, both of them leaked. On the TV table everything was wet because of rain seepage, my mother's bag was wet to the contents. When we called, the cleaning service immediately came to clean it. The breakfast tasted good, when we entered the dining room we were given 2 choices of main courses, then there were also various pastries, toast, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. On the 15th floor where we stayed there was also a water dispenser that could dispense cold and hot water, very helpful so you don't need to bring a lot of water when you enter the hotel. Just a few bottles to fill.

Uniquely tropical minimalistic design, with a top notch service. The breakfast is surprisingly good, and the location is just stone's throw away from TRX. Overall it's one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in KL.

It was really nice! The area was quiet yet accessible to a number of popular spots like TRX and Bukit Bintang area.

Air conditioner blower was low before removal of filter. Breakfast was good but fruits didn't taste vy fresh. Baked beans were full of black stains fr pan/wok.

Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was well prepared! The location is good since its near the newly opened TRX mall and few mins ride away from many food places.

The room was excellent, the location was amazing only a 5 minute walk to the trx exchange mall, the staff was also very nice, my family really enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel is simple and clean. The location is very close to Trx Mall and Bukit Bintang. Breakfast is a la carte Western / Asian menu. Environmentally friendly design with various kinds of plants. Apart from that, the bathroom is also outdoor. But, for some reason the room AC turns off every hour and the room temperature can change to 34 degrees.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to TRX and 8 minutes to MRT station. Fairly new. Room is on the small side, but they maximixed the space with minimalistic yet functional design. Breakfast is included, although the choice is limited, taste is more than average.
