Worse, find another one. The remaining room given is smelly and unfit

Have stayed several times when visiting my children studying at ITERA, the room is quite comfortable, the AC is cold, there is drinking water plus toiletries, there is hot water too. There are many foods around the hotel if you want to buy souvenirs, just cross to Jaya Bakery, near the Kotabaru toll gate. Overall comfortable for me and my family.

The hotel staff is friendly. Parking security is on duty 24 hours. Cleanliness is good. When ordering there was a request for a high floor but was given the 1st floor. But overall the facilities are okay according to the price paid.

Have stayed here several times, I like it because the location is strategic, the parking area is also spacious and safe.

The location is very strategic, near the toll road and around many food options. The room is quite clean, the AC is cold, you can get towels and complete toiletries. Comfortable enough to take a short break.

Overall good. Only the bathroom door handle is broken. Then the paint above the bathroom is damp and black. Maybe it needs to be repainted. My AC is on full fan and 16 is very cold. Maybe it needs to be cleaned again. Provide mukena too. There is only a prayer mat. The sheets were indeed replaced. Only because it was no longer pure white, there was brown, my husband was a bit awkward to sleep yesterday. The mirror could probably be replaced with one that is not famous for paint.

Sorry, not recommended for me. The receptionist was rude. The cleaning service was also reluctant when asked to clean the room. The reason for the cleaning hours was past even though it was only 1 pm because I happened to be going out at the same time.

Very comfortable, only 1 adj waftafel leaked, so it needed to be repaired again. The others are really good, recommended

Strategic location, easy to reach. There is no hot water maker, only 2 bottles of mineral water. Unfortunately the AC blower is in front of the room, so it's a bit noisy.

Basically, everyone is friendly, and also comfortable looking for food anywhere nearby.

It's quite comfortable and there's lots of food around the guest house, near the Itera Lampung campus.

You won't regret staying here, everything is delicious. The employees are also nice.

Pihak hotel banyak tanya sampe ke urusan pribadi juga ditanyain dan ga masuk akal, tv mati air wastafel sangat kecil.

Nyaman banget, parkir dijaga security 24 jam, dekat pintu tol itera, kamar luas sesuai poto, pelayanan standar hotel berbintang! Puas banget!
