Spacious, simple and clean room. 4 nights here, downstairs there is a must try restaurant.

Good location...nice staff....

I booked a room with a balcony, but I got a room without a balcony at the back with a view of the parking lot and trash 🥲. Although I got a bigger room, I hope next time I will be given a room with a balcony as per my booking.

Clean hotel close to hospital

Well what can I say? Superb new boutique hotel and nearby everywhere by walking distance. You can just view my pictures enough said! Ample of parking lagi! Thank you to Mr. Tang and team for given the best hospitality service at it highest. From Check in to check out very good. Need to prepare security deposit Rm 100 plus heritage tax. Just that customer need to be bawa bersabar banyak sikit as ada satu lift. Will definitely come back again:)

Stayed 3 days 2 nights, my room was not cleaned on the 2nd day, already request clean Twice to the receptionist at the lobby just say yes but still not be clean by them, so I stay with my room mess with towel wet. I complained to the receptionist, they said they only prioritize cleaning the room for those who are just about to check in.

Fairly new, and clean but no phone to contact receptionist and had to take the stairs as the lift is so slow.

Brand new hotel with unique elevator facility. Room was clean, great location just 5 minute walking to Island Hospital. No breakfast but there is a very nice restaurant near lobby, Kopi Kia. But unfortunately we stayed for more than one day the housekeeping did not refill the amenities, nor even the paper towel, and not changing the dirty glass :(
