The kids friendly area is nice but unfortunately the grass area is wet. So it's a bit limp.

Check in must be at 2 o'clock, so you have to wait a long time when you arrive at the hotel at 1 o'clock 2. You have to pay 25 thousand when you want to borrow plates, bowls, spoons and forks 3. There is a loud noise like the sound of water

The receptionist was not friendly at all, I ordered via Traveloka, there was a miss info about the bathtub, then the curt answer was wrong Traveloka, just contact Traveloka, there was no smile, I know it was busy but the curt was very rude. plus : 1. friendly staff 2. delicious food and lots of variety 3. lots of toddler activities minus : 1. the room is not soundproof, you can hear the sound from the next room / from outside the hotel. such as the sound of motorbikes, cars passing by. really annoying for those who have babies, toddlers.

Recommendation to choose and good food

the noisy sound of motorbikes passing from outside the hotel to entering the room, uncomfortable for sleeping. especially since there are many motorbikes hanging out outside the hotel at night.

Kids are happy staying here because there is a playground & children's pool. The room is also quite spacious, comfortable, cold air conditioning. Perfect, no shortcomings whatsoever.

I want to go back there again when I go to Bekasi, it's the best.

The variety and taste of food for breakfast is lacking, and the smoking rooms are not very good.
