The manager, staff, and security are all very friendly and responsive. The room is clean, and the facilities are adequate. The location is great—restaurants and food stalls can be found all along the street. There’s a supermarket just 200 meters from the hotel. Parking space is sufficient. In short, it’s a recommended hotel for its class.

friendly staff good service when we arrived it was still less than 1 because the room was not ready yet, we were offered a room below but the view was still okay, finally checked in early. very happy to be able to rest early. also our check-out was late because the position was still stuck in traffic from above. but still responded well and no other costs were still understandable. cleanliness and security are quite good. God willing, if I go to Puncak, I will stay here again. very strategic access, left and right places to eat.

When we first entered the hotel, it was still quiet, maybe because it was a weekday, but as the night went on, it got busier so it didn't feel scary because it was quiet. The room was really big, there was a swimming pool. The view in the morning was great. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Puncak. It's close to the Jakarta-Bogor toll road. It's awesome.

The food is delicious, the rooms are very clean, spacious, and have ample parking, and there is hot water too.

It was an amazing stay here, I really enjoyed the spacious, clean room, soft mattress, smooth wifi, good bathtub, clean swimming pool and most importantly the service from Mr. Rudi and all the staff was excellent 👍🥰.

The hotel is easy to find, the rooms are ok, the staff are friendly and the prices are affordable.

The staff are all very nice and friendly, there is hot water. There are towels, toothbrushes, soap and toothpaste, but the bathroom floor is not very clean. But the others are all okay, the balcony is directly in front of the swimming pool. Next time I go to Puncak, I will stay here again

Maybe from Me Criticism and Suggestions. 1. Provided coffee sachets, creamer, tea and sugar, because in the room is not available only water heater and bottled water. 2. In the bathroom, there are many small worms appearing from the gap between the closet and the floor, maybe it can be cleaned properly, can be with caustic soda to the gap between the closet and the water drainage hole, and the gap between the closet and the ceramic is closed with ceramic grout, 3. Also note the sheets are a bit faded and look dirty, 4. The shower for bathing is broken maybe it can be repaired.

The hotel is very comfortable, big and neat, the staff is also friendly, there was a little miscommunication but the staff is really friendly and communicative. It is highly recommended to stay here, especially the VIP room type 👍.

All staff from security, front desk and room staff are all friendly and very helpful. The room smells good, the facilities function normally. Smart tv works normally, fast wifi, good cleanliness. Very satisfied with all the services 9.9/10
