Bad experience. Never coming back. While staff were good. I had to change room 3 times. Room smelt like sewer. They clearly need a reno. I paid for 2 rooms and both were similar

Weather was good along with the place but the hotel has a major condensation issue . In all hallways it’s running down walls

Overall a good hotel and friendly staff. But wi-fi was not working properly in some areas.

Everyone was really wonderful there from lucky, rhang, nun to the manager Mon I appreciated all of it and I’m thankful

Great location friendly staff good price (January £34 per night March £41 stayed here twice).Located next to everything Beach,LK Metro,2nd Rd ect.Rooms are decent condition Pool is large with plenty of sun loungers. Will definitely be retuning and staying here again in 2026.

Great Stay. Simple and Friendly

First time here, but not the last. Stayed for 21 nights and loved it. The staff were first class, a comfortable room and easy to get around. The beach is 10 minutes walk away and the nightlife is on your doorstep.

Nice hotel for budget travelers. staff nice , walkable to shopping and to beach. Swimming pool nice. Safe and peaceful area.

Decent hotel

The property is well located, being central to everything. Staff and service are excellent. The room itself is getting a bit dated, but it well appointed.

2 stars off for policy of no refund on early checkout, even on 8 night booking. 3 decades of travels through hundreds of hotels and dozens of early checkouts, and here's a first. Well, after Bangkok going back to pattaya for 10 more nights, and I'm staying few doors down. To be fair, property and staffs very nice. Few small things so 1 star off, but all these just moot. Wished I had read a review stating its policy beforehand. Why lock yourself in when equally nice hotels few doors away?

Excellent site i love the pool and location
