It's really comfortable, I come here every time I go to Samarinda.

A perfect place for families.

First experience trying a hotel that has been talked about by my relatives and friends lately. Service: 5/5. Room facilities: 5/5. Food: 2/5. Some breakfast menus were empty at 8 am, either because of low stock or because it was limited on certain days. Parking area: 1/5. Because it is connected to a mall, when the mall is closed, access from the parking lot is limited to the lobby. I have also registered for a parking ticket but am still being charged.

Parking is narrow, you can park in the mall through P7 or P8, but you have to report to the lobby every time you go in/out. Annoying. The room is not soundproof, noise outside the room can be heard. Everything else is normal.

OK, no problem. Overall good.

The best hotel and the service is very friendly

The AC in the room is super cold. The room is clean. The staff is friendly. The parking lot is round and round. That's the only drawback that makes you dizzy.

Recommendations for meeting work deadlines when there are many guests at home

Friendly staff, clean room. But the TV keeps turning on and off.

1. Hotel reception, security and housekeeping services are friendly and good 2. Clean and comfortable rooms and large twin beds (just need a little maintenance such as cracked drinking glasses and leaking kettles) 3. Clean toilets and bathtubs (only hot water for bathing is not hot enough) 4. Spacious breakfast area with lots of variety 5. Cold AC and good TV broadcasts 6. Inside the hotel there is a comfortable mosque for congregational prayers and Friday prayers without having to leave the hotel 7. Next to the hotel there is a small mall and cafe 8. The car parking area is limited and needs to be coordinated again for guests who park in the mall area next to the hotel not to be charged and paid. 9. The swimming pool needs a little maintenance for the water

for the hotel, it's great, it's really comfortable, the restaurant is cool, the food tastes delicious. there is access to the mosque and it's spacious so it's comfortable. hopefully the mall will be crowded again soon. it will be more satisfying if the mall is full.

The room is clean and spacious, all the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The wifi is quite fast.
