The staffs was very friendly and helpful.

The location is trash, don't stay here. It's not near any malls, attractions. The whole area 5km around hotel is empty with no lights at night. You have to walk 20mins to get to bus stops. And also 20mins to the MRT which is 30mins long to the BTS line. Taxi won't help you as Thai traffic is terrible and you always have to wait 20mins for a cab and stuck in traffic for hours. I had to walk from/to the hotel everyday and the road is full of noise from roaring tuktuks and motorists. Next, the room is also trash, not quiet as they advertised since their walls are not bricks, so you will hear motorists all nights! And you will also hear people next door talking, the elevator beeping, doors closing, oh my God. I couldn't sleep well even after asking them to change to the most quiet room in the building. No pools and when I visited here the gym is not open. The 2 types of guests are Chinese group which I think the tours have a deal with this bad hotel, and normal travelers like me who was fooled by the other reviews. If you go to BK to enjoy noise and walk on empty boring streets, please book here
