The staff are friendly, the rooms have a nice view of the pool, the hotel's parking lot is spacious, it directly faces the west coast so you don't have to go far, if you want to go to the beach, just cross over. The food is also delicious, although there are still a few things that need to be improved.

Friendly hotel staff, good service, varied and delicious food, comfortable and spacious rooms, large beds, prayer equipment and snacks provided. Only Netflix is not free in the room facilities. All in very good, highly recommended for those who want to go to Pangandaran. Next time will definitely stay again. The best for Gran Palma Horison Pangandaran.

the best, basically the service is extraordinary, the friendly atmosphere of the staff is really good

order a family room so it's comfortable and big. the bathroom water is a bit salty, maybe because it's very close to the beach. but for gargling / washing your face, bottled mineral water is provided. hot water is stable. swimming pool is okay. the staff are friendly & many so it's always clean even though there's a lot of traffic from the beach / pool. Breakfast has many choices. but at 7 o'clock there are already many who haven't refilled. I thought bf started at 7 o'clock but it turned out to be full 😅 the playground and gym are okay. there's also kidsmove. but my child didn't have time to join. had time to go to the cafe upstairs. but the waitress was lacking & took a long time to serve, so I didn't order.

The price is expensive but the food is not tasty and not very varied. If you want to take a photo on the rooftop, you have to eat at a cafe. It seems not very recommended. Think again if you come here with an exorbitant price.

dear, I ordered one with a view. This one doesn't have one because both of them asked for a double bed. Why didn't they say there was one but had to go down a class? This one didn't say so. There are only two beds. They didn't say they had to go down a class. If you look at the prices, they're different

Sharia hotels are in the description, but unfortunately it is not written clearly in the hotel name listed. so there is a rule that swimming must be in sharia clothing (men are not shirtless and women are not allowed to wear bikinis). The taste of the food also tends to use Middle Eastern spices, which taste a bit unfriendly on the tongue. in terms of location, it is indeed very close to the east coast, nature reserves, and white sand beaches.

Quite good, with expensive prices, the service is less than satisfactory.

Good facilities, but only 1 related to the mat was not available from the start so we had to contact CS, overall it was okay, no problems, the prayer room was good and comfortable
