I had a great experience at Venice Hotel. I had some minor problems with booking a room but the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was cozy, the food was delicious and the room was very clean. Thank you very much Venice Hotel.

The room with city view is a bit small but very clean, beautiful interior. Delicious breakfast, changed daily. Free 2-way Hon Thom cable car, water park ticket and proposal. Free electric car shuttle in sunset town. Airport shuttle. Especially impressed with the staff who are very enthusiastic and friendly, smiling and greeting every time they pass by. My family flew back at 12pm but normally there is only an airport shuttle at 7am, 12pm, 5pm but the staff arranged for me a 10am flight to get to the airport in time. Overall, very satisfied and recommend everyone who comes to Phu Quoc to stay here.
