Spacious room, comfortable and safe, good staff service from parking, reception up to restaurant.

Location is strategic, the room is spacious & clean. However, this hotel has limited parking space. As it is near to bars & pubs, it's quite noisy at night & we could hear the music from our room.

Spacious room, cold AC and everything in the room is complete including an iron. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom, otherwise it is OK. If you are using a wheelchair, you must take the deluxe room type, not the standard one because the position of the room must go up the stairs after exiting the liv. At 6 pm Malaysian time across from the hotel the food court just opened. The breakfast is quite complete and there is an egg stand, soy milk, orange juice, and for those who like coffee, you can order coffee according to the guest's wishes. Good service and good hotel room.

Location is super convenient, easy to walk around tourist attractions (for foodies especially). Staff are friendly, helpful. Cleanliness and comfort is slightly above average, have to bear with the noise coming in from the foodcourt opposite hotel (they have people busking and karaoke-ing till midnight at least) Breakfast spread is small but tasty, and the breakfast area has a cozy ambience.

Very nice room, nice bed. Bathroom also okay. Too bad no comb provided. As unluckily I forgot to bring comb during my trip there.

Things I love here: 1. The receptionist were friendly and accomodating. 2. Room was huge and sparkling clean 💕. 3. Located right in front of hawker center. 4. Walking distance to tourist spots.

Newly hotel open and lotsa parking. Breakfast is basic spread but delicious. Nasi lemak with ayam percik?! Dang son. Definitely will come again.

1st time here.. the hotel very outstanding, the staff (at cafe soo nice + all the waiters + the clearner) but the receptionist.. little bit smile perhap can give us greaters impression and also the way when u answer us.. coz u r the front liner.. (i dont know why, coz all the staff including the security can smile.. but u .. i'm not sure why 👀). The location is as peradvertices, only walking distant to all HOT places.. like blue mansion (just a couple steps), BUT.. the problem is, when u order the grab car, they will stop at the loop hotel,.(the map pin the location there).. i also dont know why.. (based on the grab drivers said... "this is new hotel, not in the map yet🤭🤣").. .even i choose the correct address & location. (small problem, coz, the leith hotel is a new big building.. cannot miss it). Dont hv any noise even hv a construction at the hotel side.. at nite also dont hv a noise.. The food is delicous.. also they give free teatime (everday) n welcome drink..btw.. the karipuff soo yummy..😜 Room.. so comfortable.. got alot space..only.. if can, make some closet to put the luggage.😁.. My suggestion, if can,. "massage service or spa"..in the hotel.. as u know.. after getting tired walking.. we need a massage🤣🤣.. So, i really recommended this hotel for u that want to feel save, with children or old parent ..btw i stay here 4 nite with my husband & my mom.. if got 5 stars rating.. i give this hotel 4 stars (coz of the receptionist)..
