Highly recommended for staycation in Makassar. The hotel location is very strategic and the cleanliness of the hotel is very good. Many variations of restaurant/breakfast food, enjoy breakfast.

I booked 3 rooms, from the beginning I asked for the same floor and in a row with the reception staff, but when I checked in there were only 2 rooms and 1 room was separate. Finally, after a long time, I was given 1 free corner room. Next time, don't miscommunicate with fellow staff so as not to disappoint customers.

The price is really good, it doesn't lie. The only downside is that you can't snack by the pool, hehehheeeee

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at this new hotel. The room was a haven of comfort and tranquility, complete with modern amenities.The attention to detail was impressive. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always happy to help with any question I had. The breakfast buffet was also quite various and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very good service, very friendly staff, all hotel areas are clean, spacious rooms, suitable for family vacations or business trips, delicious food.

Overall it's very good, this is the second time staying here, but there was an incident when I checked in late at 5 pm but the room wasn't even ready, they said there were a lot of late check-outs and I still had to wait, luckily I didn't arrive at 2 pm.

It's quite a new hotel in Makassar. I booked the family room, so it's a two-room connected through a small corridor. They had a small tent for kids in the "children's bedroom". It's quite easy to get around from the hotel. Rooms were clean. Friendly staff.

Hotel service and staff are very good and friendly.

Overall everything is okay and satisfying, it's just that there is an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet in the room, maybe from the evaporating water drain.
