room is big, clean and staffs were helpful

The hotel lobby design is a bit haphazard. There is no terrace, it drops off directly in front of the door. When I opened the lobby door, the door was almost hit by a car. Another haphazard design, the lobby door that directly meets the elevator. Creates a jostle between people exiting the elevator, entering from outside through the lobby door and people from the reception towards the elevator/lobby door

the hotel is clean and the location is in the city center. the receptionist is very friendly and kind, when I wanted to ask for early check in, I could only do it at 1 am and was directed to wait at the rooftop restaurant. only for the food, there were many things that were lacking in taste

Order in April 2025, it turns out the hotel has only been running for a year. It is still relatively new, the facilities are quite complete, the rooms are quite spacious, my only suggestion is if you want to stay there on the 3rd floor, be prepared for the noise from the rooftop, especially when there is an event. But it's not a problem.

Before anyone enters, it is suggested that all facilities are checked and function properly. So there is no need to call the service person to enter the room, this is very uncomfortable. The rest is OK, clean and comfortable.

It's really a blessing to be able to stay here, I'm really happy, because the first day's experience at another hotel was not pleasant, this hotel is the newest here, 9 minutes to Tawang station by go car. It's not been established for a year, the rooms are luxurious and modern, with facilities and designs similar to 4-5 star hotels, there are no defects, it makes you feel at home in the room, and sleep soundly, there is also Netflix with a 50 inch TV 😍, hopefully this hotel can maintain its facilities well so that it can remain consistent for the long term. The staff from the lobby to the rooftop are friendly and still young. Thank you very much, thank you also for the compliment on the 2025 calendar, God willing, this hotel will be my first destination if I go to Semarang and I will also share this hotel with friends or relatives.

The hotel staff is friendly, the check-in and check-out process is fast, the room is spacious for two people, there is a smart TV but the TV is a bit laggy, the bathroom is okay, there is a sofa too, the parking lot is spacious, but because yesterday there was an event so the parking lot was really crowded and the food was cold when I ate, maybe because I ate at 9 o'clock, the variety of food and side dishes is not very diverse, but overall it's okay, there is milk and cereal too, if it was still hot earlier it would have been even better, everything is okay, keep it up 👍🏻
