FO is very uncooperative. No response at all in WA chat. This is the first time I have found a FO staff who is very slow and doesn't care about customer complaints even though I was the only guest staying at this resort that day. Unless it's crowded, it's natural for them to be slow and slow to respond. No comment on the many flies because the information is that they come from tea plantation manure, it's okay. The worst thing is that the hot water doesn't work properly. Every time I want to take a shower, I have to call a technician to fix it for a long time before the hot water turns on. But every time. When the hot water tap is turned off, it just turns off again. It's very constrained and disappointing. The air is very cold but the hot water doesn't turn on until my child takes a cold shower because the hot water turns off again in the middle of the shower. The resort facilities are not cheap. I took the lavaza type and paid 3 million for the room rate but the facilities we got were very disappointing. Not to mention the 3 million room gets breakfast of fried rice, fried egg, mini chicken wing 1 piece, a few French fries and crackers and MILK in a thermos. When I arrived, I was already clutching my chest. It feels like a loss like this... the good thing is at least there is the view and the air there is really great. And the security guard is really good, willing to be bothered back and forth when there is a room problem. The resort management should just swap the FO staff with the security guard near the villa. Much friendlier and more responsive. The FO staff, especially the male ones, are not friendly and don't smile. The female FO staff are still okay when asked, they answer and smile... that's all, the rest is disappointing.
