Nice place to stay in Lahat city.

The Wi-Fi is not connecting, the signal is very bad. The breakfast is all gone, there are no vegetables for 2 days.

The service is not friendly. Ramadhan is not given sahur.

We arrived at the hotel when it was raining. The staff was confused about directing the parking lot and there were no umbrellas. My family and I were wet when we arrived at the lobby. In the morning, the water in the bathroom was not running. We were not offered to choose a smoking/non-smoking room. We got a room that smelled of cigarettes. The service should still be able to be improved.

Book a hotel for a colleague, pay at hotel. Hotel overall ok.

Friendly staff, clean room, water heater is available and the water is strong but unfortunately the room smells of cigarettes. Breakfast is available, but there is no car park. Parking is on the side of the road. But the staff said it is safe.
