The room is nice and clean, the staff is also friendly. It's just a shame there is no hair dryer and the room is not very soundproof, besides that the toilet is hard to dry and the jetspray is very strong. At least a room at this price already has a hair dryer.

Ando Hotel is located in the Nagoya area of Batam and is located on the main road, so it's easy to find. In addition, the condition of the building is new. Overall, during my stay there, it was quite satisfying

The accommodation option does not include breakfast. If you want to have breakfast at the hotel cafeteria, the system is not a buffet but a menu option.

Perfect Location, staff extremely friendly. For some unknown reason, the floor in the room is always dusty. Sound proofing of room is bad. Whatever happening in the corridor (even just footstep, it can be heard loudly.

I was staying on the 8th floor, where the water pressure was quite low. The hot water would fluctuate, coming and going without adjusting the mixer. Additionally, with the cafe located on the 9th floor, I could hear the sound of tables and chairs being dragged from above.

We book 3 rooms in Ando, family room, queen room & twin sharing room. Ando hotel is new town hotel with everything new in the room & satisfying clean. Cleanliness is most important when picking a hotel. We were there for a night. The hotel is walking distance to masjids, shopping, Amanda (nice brownies) Thamrin (foods), money changers, shops, cafe, etcs. Staff are helpful, thank you and check in is fast.

Brand New Hotel 2024 in town area. We book 3 rooms. 1 twin, 1 queen & 1 family room. Ando Hotel is close to Masjid Arafah (in front) 50 m, Masjid Jabal Arafah (got view tower) 250 m, Amanda (nice brownies) 300 m, Thamrin (foods) 350 m, Nagoya shopping (in front) 100 m. A few money changers around. The best thing is everything in the room is still new. Our family room is spacious. The other two is standard. The staff are all helpful. Thank you.

Brand New Hotel 2024. In town & close to Masjid Arafah 50 m & Masjid Jabal Arafah 250 m, Amanda (nice brownies) 300 m, Thamrin (foods) 350 m, Nagoya Shopping 100 m, moneychanger, other shops. Our room for 3 is spacious and clean. Cleanliness is always important to us. Since Ando Hotel is new so everything are new. We will repeat if we happened to be in Batam again.
