The staff is friendly, but not always there (I had to wait 30 minutes just to wait for the staff even though it was check in time, and the same experience when I wanted to check out, I waited 2 times back and forth to the room, the first 30 minutes I went back to the room, an hour later I went back and still waited 30 minutes). The cashier was really uncomfortable, there was only 1 blanket and it was thin (even though I ordered 2 people). The room was like a boarding house in general. I was just disappointed that the staff was not on guard 24 hours so I had to wait and the lobby was hot

Affordable accommodation and friendly staff. The bathroom was a bit problematic, but the staff was quick to check. Recommended for those who just want to sleep overnight, as the name suggests "Monggo Mampir".

The staff was really welcoming and friendly. The second good thing is the roof terrace: awesome view and good meals. I did not like the room though. There was no window and only with the AC it can get smelly. The bed was so uncomfortable, I didn't sleep well.

I ask them they say me no we don't give shampo or soup or etc. What the? I almost pay 30 dollars around a day. Just 10 m2 room and no window. And no anythings. Just room bed and toilet what?
