The room is cramped and not clean and not fragrant like a hotel, the breakfast is not good enough, we bought a package to Bromo at the hotel and met more guests than the village head if we bought a package outside the hotel (jeep 1.1 and entrance ticket 630 thousand for 6 people)

great location! very close to the puncak. cute cabin style and facilities are quite new. one of the better ones compared to the other hotels in the area. we had dinner there and the food was superb! however the breakfast was not as good. selection is ok and we encountered raw chicken. good to have live egg cooking station

Manis AE is exactly as its name - "sweet" in every possible way. Before we even left our home country, we were already receiving messages from the staff, providing important information about the weather and location. At the reception, I was immediately greeted by name. And throughout our stay, they kept checking with us from time to time to ensure that our stay was pleasant. Our room was clean, cosy and comfortable and we couldn't get enough of the picturesque view outside! The restaurant and the glass bridge was of course the main photospots. Food was nice, the selection was ok, just that I guess when you're dining 1800m above sea level, the food's likely to get cold quick. The location is fantastic as it didn't take us long to arrive at the sunset viewpoint, compared to if we had stayed in Malang. This meant that our jeep was able to park as close as possible to the uphill trek. We're so glad that we chose Manis AE during our stay in Bromo. "Pengalaman yang manis", indeed!

Easy to access location, clean rooms and restaurant available

all staff from security, reception, cleaning service, and the restaurant are very friendly, making the atmosphere of staying warm in the middle of the cold of Bromo. The place is not too big but enough to enjoy the atmosphere in Bromo. The restaurant has an iconic glass bridge and many photo spots with very beautiful views. The room is enough for 2 adults and 1 small child. If it's cold at dawn, no need to use AC, if it's hot during the day, you need to turn on the AC hehe. overall 5/5, the only minus is that there are many flies that sometimes bother.

Everything about this place is good except for one thing: the steps leading to rooms and the restaurant. I am having difficulty climbing up stairs and slopes unless there is a handrail for me to hold. But I am grateful your staff assist me in climbing up the stairs. However, after the sunrise tour, I wanted to go to the restaurant for breakfast and see the view at the glass floor, but the last steps were too high for me to climb on, so I couldn't go up and have to breakfast at the cabin. Many thanks to all staff for assisting. Hope one day your hotel will install a handrail on the slopes and stairs.
