front office is often empty

The receptionist was not friendly, kept asking to check in

When checking out at 06.00 there was no officer on standby when serving check out so we left a note to ask for a deposit to be transferred. When the transfer was going to be made, the accommodation asked for an admin fee. Even though it was clearly due to the officer's mistake who was not on standby.

If we talk about the location, it's good because it's close to Senayan and GBK, the service is okay according to its class, friendly and fast. I think the room is quite clean. For those who want to stay here, you must bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. Budget accommodation for those who just want to sleep. Suggestions for the management for the AC in the room seem to need service because it's not cold enough. But overall it's okay for that price

Good. It's quite good for that price. The amenities are not complete, only towels are provided, nothing else.

A bit disappointed. Because this accommodation is said to be under renovation, so guests are transferred to Legreen Suite Poso. Information was given when we wanted to check in. However, because it was impossible to find other accommodation at that time, I agreed to be transferred to this accommodation, on the condition that it was close to GBK. So this assessment is for Le green Suite Poso: assessment based on personal opinion and experience. Plus: Close to GBK, accommodation is easily accessible by online motorcycle taxis, the staff are friendly and responsive, the wifi is quite fast, there is a water heater, there is no cable TV but it is compatible with YouTube and Netflix with the note that Netflix uses its own account. Minus: The room smells of cigarettes, the building and room facilities are old, the room and corridor are dark, there is a shared refrigerator but it is dirty, the make up rooms are not clean, the AC is not cold, there are lots of mosquitoes, there are big geckos, smelly pillows, no security, not soundproof / a bit noisy with other rooms. * should reconsider if asked to be transferred to this accommodation

Overall okay. But the AC is hot, for those who get hot easily, this will probably make it difficult to sleep.

Strategic and comfortable location. Pkk is great.

If you're looking for a place only for sleeping and taking shower, this place can be an option to consider. Location is strategic, accessible from gbk senayan and Sudirman. Aircon could be colder. No fridge, no bottled water but there is a dispenser at the hallway. Deposit id 100k in cash, check in until 11 PM, quite quiet.

The rooms are clean, the service staff is also good, the location is also strategic for where to go. Nice.

New hotel, quite clean, close to GBK.

So far everything is good, just ask for help adding tissue in the room apart from the one in the bathroom.

Stay here because I'm watching football at GBK. Overall a nice hotel maybe because it is still new.
