arte hotel is a very satisfying choice to stay. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly service, and strategic location. Suitable for business trips or vacations. Highly recommended!

Good and comfortable room, but the restaurant is always full.

The rooftop restaurant has a really nice view, but it's a shame that the breakfast is so quick to be served and the refill is slow

Thank you for the room discount, but the bathroom needs to be scrubbed because it's slippery, the towels and pillowcases also need to be replaced because they're already brown.

Strategic location, rather narrow bed size 1.00 meters, limited parking area. Lots of food in the surrounding area.

The blanket has lipstick or other marks, hopefully it will be fixed.

The fried rice is really delicious, even though it's quite expensive, it's still worth it if it tastes good.

Requested a compliment on the writing on the glass/mirror/window, but it wasn't given. I was actually annoyed because it didn't match my request☺️ The food during sahur was just that, no choice, like boarding house kids eating😂 But the plus side is that the staff are very friendly.

stayed 2 nights met hotel staff to make up the room/clean it but no housekeeping came, the service was not indicative of a star hotel
