From the outside interior alone it's already really good, the rest is okay. I was hesitant because of the reviews on Google, but after going there everything was okay.

The wifi so slow, the AC feels hot, water it's like not strong enough

I've stayed here twice, the room is comfortable, the environment is quiet, but the second time I stayed there the wifi was problematic even though the first time it was really fast. I complained but it was ignored.. hopefully the wifi will be fixed

Staff are kind, accomodating and courtious. Welcoming guest with charming smile, and polite gestures. Pak heru is very attentive, know our need of 3 baggage so put us in ground floor room. Thumb up. This hotel has a very good ventilation, closed by to malls and alfamart. All facilities including fridge to store fruits and also the cleaner sanitise and clean all properly. Must stay place when visiting and exploring puri kembangan. Thank you for good hospitality, we are happy to stay here

This is really bad, this is a scam, I booked this hotel on Traveloka, but when I got there they said the rooms were full, then they relocated me to RedDoorz near Puri, which has a worse price and hotel rate! I booked 2 rooms at a price of almost a million but I got a room that looked like a boarding house! Don't book here, don't trust Traveloka's rates!

I was relocated to a cheaper price, never order from this application if you don't want to be disappointed and relocated to a cheap hotel,

Strategic location, Lots of snacks, Clean, cool rooms, smartTV is very helpful so you don't get bored. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly, Recommended ❤.

Good, the room is clean and smells good.

The stairs are really high so it gets a bit tiring going back and forth. Then there should be 2 towels provided in each room so you don't have to go back and forth to the receptionist. And hopefully we can have dispensers on every floor, so it's not far if you want to refill.
