The hotel location is strategic, close to the mall, around the hotel there are many places to eat. Breakfast at the hotel also tastes good, the service is definitely good, the staff is friendly and helpful

It's amazing to use the app, but actually I booked for a non-smoking room. But actually, I got the smoking room. (System wasn't updated) Keep improving.

Prime location in South Jakarta. Only 10 minutes walk to the mall.

Spend 1 night here to rest to continue the marathon schedule…. Comfortable, neat and clean place, very friendly staff starting from meeting the security in the parking lot. For the room I booked, it was superior. For people who like lighting that is not too bright. This is very comfortable for just sleeping. Maybe I'm just impatient with the hot water coming out of the shower. It takes about 5 minutes for the water to get hot. Overall, I am very satisfied with the cityloog facilities

The staff is very friendly and responsive! In terms of service, it is indeed very good, but there are several things that need to be improved such as: 1. There should be a main light in the room, so it is not too dim; 2. All available power outlets should be usable including in the toilet, yesterday when I wanted to use it, it turned out I couldn't; 3. If there are complaints from customers, please take action immediately so that customers don't have to wait too long. —Over all everything's fine and thank you so much for the best hospitality y'all have been given. I'll be right back for sure! :)
