Comfortable, in the city center, there is a mini cafe so you don't have to go out again, the room is clean and quite big.

no option for room with breakfast, asked for double bed but got twin, AC not cold enough clean, hot water, strong jet shower overall very good for that price improve the friendliness of the staff

Second time staying here, the staff service was fast when checking in. And the staff when taking the deposit money when checking out our money was immediately returned. No need to wait for a long transfer. The room is clean and also the crucial part, the toilet is very clean. There is Netflix and also hot water

The room is clean, smells really good, it's just that the sound from outside when walking and from next door can still be heard when talking. Overall, it's really good for a Guest House. Next time I'll come here again 🫶

Have stayed at this hotel several times. The location is very strategic in the middle of the city, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

For travelers who like to play billiards and are close to the culinary center of Balikpapan, this place is recommended for you. With a low budget hotel but the room facilities are equivalent to a million budget hotel. The downside is there is no elevator so it's a sport if you get a room on the top floor. Hehe.

The price is quite pocket-friendly, I tried the betah type room (king size bed). For the room is clean although some of the wall paint has peeled off (like damp). But for the toilet is big and clean. There is hot water and also free netflix. The location of the inn is also close to the Balikpapan plaza. For the room is not too soundproof because the partition between the rooms is not a concrete wall. But this inn is highly recommended. My personal rating gives 9/10.

Got room 305 on the 3rd floor, when I wanted to open the door it turned out the door was unlocked and there was a man inside, finally went back down to the 1st floor using the stairs to complain, the receptionist gave me a new room on the 4th floor after waiting for a very long time, even though I checked in at 23.00 I was very tired and had to go back up to the 4th floor in a new room. The room was partitioned with plywood so the sound from the next room was very audible, very bad service.

Rooms for rent are only on the 4th floor and above and up the stairs, the lower floors are for boarding houses. Boro-boro offered to help carry things, the receptionist smiled and was reluctant. There's only enough parking for 2 cars so you don't have to think about where you want to park. TV entertainment that contains ants can only be used to watch YouTube. The bathroom floor is slippery, the room smells of cigarettes. The plus point is that the shower has hot water. Bye.
