I asked for a high floor, joining room, and a double bed. I got exactly the contrary, the lowest floor, a non-joining room, and a single bed. The bed is also too soft for me. Apart from that, the location and cleanliness were great.

friendly staff service during check-in and check-out is very easy, to the mall that can be accessed directly from the hotel, studio room complete with facilities such as stove and kitchen set along with cooking utensils and cutlery, very varied breakfast menu and swimming pool with city view, always success Oakwood and see you again next time

Hotel is linked to Grand Batam Mall via carpark. The room is clean and modern. AC is central. Worth the price.

It 's our first time staying. Very pleasant experience. The staffs were all very friendly. The hotel ambience totally feels like a 5 stars hotel. Room were clean, furniture were modernly decorated. Definitely will come again in future.
