MasyaAllah the hotel facilities are really cool, 3 stars feel like 5 stars 😍 affordable price, starting from the welcome when arriving at the hotel lobby greeted by fast and friendly staff. Spacious, clean and complete rooms. There is a playground and swimming pool, perfect for me to bring 3 children. For breakfast is also super complete, the best 👍 not all of them are photographed because I saved them completely in a video. I was confused about finding a hotel in Jambi because on average when checking other hotels there were lots of complaints or the price did not match the facilities. Alhamdulillah after checking for 2 days I found the Sharia hotel "Grand Makmur". Always be successful, and in the future you can continue to maintain the facilities, cleanliness and comfort of the hotel!

The food for breakfast was less than satisfying, the taste of the fried rice was still in the form of rice so the fried rice seasoning had not been mixed evenly.

Just arrived and saw that there were lots of ink stains under the blanket. Behind the curtain it turned out that there was not a window but only a part of the wall, not a brick, so the sound from outside was very disturbing. The sound of activity on the 6th floor could be heard until 2am. I couldn't rest.

The hotel is new and in a very strategic location, the cleanliness is also very good.

The hotel staff were friendly, even though I had breakfast quite late, so a lot of it was already finished.

The breakfast is delicious, the service is good, the large TV is already a smart TV that can directly access YouTube Netflix, the room is spacious, there are 4 big pillows, it is very comfortable in a non-smoking room, the full wall window on the side facing the street. Recommended if you want to stay in Jambi.

As a new hotel, it is very classy. Friendly service. The security guards are friendly, quiet, comfortable, and the kids are also happy. Delicious food. Clean rooms. Amenities. Complete. The only drawback is that there are no spoons in the room. 😊otherwise it's crazy. Very cool. 7 stars, not 5.
