The room was very dusty, the mattress was torn on the right and left. Released for self check in so can't complain. The mattress was very hard and small, the sheets looked like they were used. There was no trash can at all

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Too bad there are a lot of ants and tomcats in the toilet. The bed is not comfortable to sleep on.

For the service staff, they are fast and responsive. For the room facilities, it's just okay. The mattress is a bit hard and uncomfortable. Cleanliness is okay because there are a lot of ants and there are tomcats in the toilet. But it's okay, maybe the room needs to be cleaned and sprayed often.
