Hotel location in front of pasar besar kinabalu, walking distance to filipino market, very easy to looking for food etc even they have burger king and orange (minimarket) in the lobby. Everything is perfect with this hotel except they check in time is strictly 3 pm and check out is stricly 11 am, they charge another RM 50 per hour if u check out later than that. Lift is always busy so u have to spare some time for waiting, hotel staffs very helpfull (they reminded me to get my cash deposit at night before my checked out date and arrange my airport transfer coz my flight return was early in the morning). Me n my family enjoy our time in Kinabalu especially stay in this hotel, we will definiately come back, thank u so much.
