The staff is very very friendly and very very helpful.

Near to alor street & pudu station, but the room was noisy, we can hear the horn & motorcycle in the middle f the night

location at city center and very nice…only thing is the hotel doesnt have a carpark and need to park at outside carpark which is quite expensive charges…other than that it is really good…

A very memorable stay at Hotel Kingston 08, Bukit Bintang. Starting from the hotel's very strategic location close to everywhere, such as Alor Market Street Food, Pavillion, Pasar Seni, Petaling Street, and access to MRT, LRT and Pudu Terminal stations can be walked. In addition, no less important is the very friendly and kind employees, starting from the cleaning staff, the receptionists are also very friendly and when we ask questions they are answered very well, basically very helpful, especially the reception staff in the name of Mrs. Jaya. I stayed here for a total of 5 nights, in the future if I visit Malaysia again this will be the hotel I am going to stay at.

Poor soundproofing/toilet leaking/shower dryer switch falling off/no refrigerator in the room/limited sockets/strong smell of smoke in the room/no windows/room not cleaned

In general, it's quite good for that price.. only the room doesn't have a window, so it feels stuffy and uncomfortable.. then when I first entered the bathroom, there were cockroaches.. the shower water was only hot and cold, not mixed/warm... sounds from the next room could be heard, the door opening and closing outside could also be heard...

Strategic location, easy to go anywhere.

The front desk staff was friendly, but I stayed for 2 nights, the second day the room was not cleaned up, at 3 pm I got the bell (I happened to be in the room), as soon as I opened the door the hotel staff asked, do you want the room cleaned up? Isn't check out time at 12 pm, the room must be cleaned up, sorry for the rating...

The staffs are helpful and fast respond. The location is very convenient.

Good Location Near Pavillion , Lot 10 , Jarlan Alor … Poorly soundproofed room Furniture is old

Room cleanliness was good, close to Alor. Hotel staff didn't inform us that there was signage installation work at 3:00 a.m. This disrupted my sleep and was uncomfortable.

It's located very close to Jalan Alor and offers a wide selection of food. For culinary enthusiasts, it's a great place.

The location is quite strategic, but the facilities are not up to 4 stars. The room is tightly closed with no windows. Staying in a hotel feels like not knowing whether it's light or dark🤭
