The room is comfortable....clean, neatly arranged, can work if you need to work because the internet connection is also good. We looked for a hotel very late at night, but it was easy to get a room even though we knew it was peak season and many guests were staying overnight at the hotel.

A comfortable hotel for transit because it is close to the Ngawi toll gate (Solo - Kertosono toll road), close to the Trinil archaeological museum, a convenient alternative route to the Kayangan Api historical site.
The food quality needs to be improved, according to a four-star hotel.

I have been to this hotel several times, because in Ngawi there is only this hotel which is new and big and quite good. The food is not very varied, because I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. The food menu is the same as the first day. It means there is not much variety and not many menu items. For the price of the hotel, I think it is a bit expensive.

The receptionist is friendly and helpful, the security guard is not very responsive but all the staff are quite friendly, the breakfast food is lacking and it still takes a long time to refill it, but because the hotel is still new, the rooms are clean and very comfortable and quite spacious.

The hotel staff is very friendly, it's great, it's close to the toll gate, the downside is that there's a bit of poor coordination when parking, my vehicle couldn't get out of the parking lot because it was blocked by vehicles from visitors who were having Iftar.
