Strategic 🫶 friendly staff. My suggestion, the corridor dispenser can be replaced with one with cold water, not a regular dispenser🙏 And it would be even better if there was a security guard/helper in front. Because there is no way to lift our large and heavy suitcases up the stairs to the lobby. We had to lift it ourselves to the receptionist. The plot twist is access to the basement and then take the elevator to carry the suitcases. But the problem is that sometimes the barrier to the basement is blocked... so there needs to be 1 person on standby like a security guard/helper for hotel guests🙏 that's all, the rest is okay 🫶

Overall, it was very impressive to stay here, close to the culinary area of Sabang, shopping centers, and on weekends you can have car free day. The cleanliness is good and the friendliness of the staff is also good.

The service is quite good. Apparently this used to be an Ibis hotel, then now it's changed to Horison. The breakfast doesn't have many varieties, but it's delicious according to my husband and son.

The hotel corridor is hot and smells musty, the bathroom also smells fishy, the mattress is uncomfortable and sinks when you sleep on it, you don't get mineral water bottles, the expensive price doesn't match the facilities in the same class as Oyo.

strategic hotel location. I booked for 3 days 2 nights. From Sunday to Monday. The location is close to Sabang, just walk there, lots of food so no need to worry if you're hungry in the middle of the night. I ordered a double room, the bed is quite big, just right for 4 of me with my husband and 2 children. Cleanliness is okay. Mineral water is provided with refill gallons on each floor so no need to worry about running out because you just need to refill it. oh yes, ask for a room with a city view and it will be approved immediately.. the check in and check out process is also fast. it's really cool
