Unpleasant experience. Booked through Traveloka, got a room. But when we arrived on the day at the location, they said it was full. How come?? Finally, we looked for another hotel at 11:30 p.m., with a small child. Bad management

The room has lots of soap from the previous occupant, it is currently under renovation, the road is closed.

The location is strategic, cozy for self healing

Maybe the staff should be more prepared at the counter so that we won't be confused if something happens, but overall it's comfortable and clean, I'll come back again, thank you.
