First, I have problem with app. Before check in, I have called Hotel for confirmation, and direction to hotel. Receptionist said, no booking under my name. What? Money already deducted but no booking? At the hotel, their manager ask us to check in first, because I have showed the evidence for the booking, while they are settle the matter with agent. A minute later, manager said there is booking under my name but without 'Nor', come on app, I already registered with my full name in your apps, how can this is happening? So, it was settle. We checked in. Then, the room. Oh my Allah, the room is not as I'm expecting. A very old room, not so clean. The sink also got lumut, bathroom not clean enough. The bedsheet got blood stain or what I don't know. And the worse is, the air cond, not functioning well. The maintenance team fix it for 3 times, eh no time lah to change room! So we just stay in that room. One night is so much enough in that room.🤪 Breakfast is beyond my expectations too. from the comment, it seems so good. but, 😏 it is just ,2/5 ⭐ only Hopefully, hotel management take my comments very seriously to improve their services.
