I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Its location is near MRT bendemeer and Mustafa Center. The room is not spacious but clean.

The location is quite strategic, close to Lavender MRT station, and close to Bus Stop, so easy access to everywhere. The balcony area is quite spacious, so it's nice to have coffee in the morning and doesn't feel stuffy.

Location is very close to a food court. Hotel is only 5 min walk to Bendemeer MRT station. Tv in our room does not work. AC is cold. Bathroom is clean. Wifi is great. Staffs are nice. They have water keetle. Would prefer a room with a window. Thank you!

The hotel room and bed smelled musty. Lots of little cockroach around.

After I check in this hotel, Captain told me that our room no windows. If I want window, I need to pay extra Singapore Dollar $10. I feel that I was cheated by app website. As The "main title" of this room in your website didn't written "No Window", but the other room in the same hotel 81 elegance in Singapore, did mentioned "No Window". I over seen the little declaration in the sub page. You are Fired.

I have booked at this hotel but was not given a room

Everything is just good. The room size and facilities are just OK for this cost in Singapore. What I concerned is the room cleanness need improvement, especially for no window room, once the floor gets wet, it will feel always wet for a long time due to no circulation for the water to escape or precipitate. The location is excellent for food, laundry, and public transportation.

I strongly believe the concierge side need to improve on the guests etiquette. Location great, rm and hotel facilities average.

The location is quite close to the MRT and places to eat. The staff are all unfriendly, there is no smile or friendliness. The pillows are very ugly and flat. The air conditioner is very cold and cannot be turned down. The bathroom smells of iron.

Fast check in & checkout. Close to the bus shelter, 7eleven, next to the hotel lots of delicious and cheap food.

Overall, it's quite comfortable. Close to the food court.

Check-in time was too late, the room was not clean, the sink was clogged, there was no door lock.

Very friendly and accomodating front office staff also the room service staff.

I am satisfied because there is a water heater so I can make tea and make porang rice. There is a hairdryer too. And it is quite close to the Bendermeer MRT, if it is with lavender and farrer it is also close. Walking to Mustafa is also close.

Just enough for staying. Sleep well. Very cold AC. Small room. Big mirror. Clean. No complaints because it is really cheap.

In the middle of the night there was a sound of someone hitting the door or wall with a dug dug dug sound. So we woke up. And it lasted for a long time. Did any of the hotel or security pay attention? I don't know. After a while the sound was gone. MRT access is also quite far. The room is quite clean. Thank you.

Overall is good, but the floor is slippery.

Wall was so thin, we can hear anything from our room neighbour, bathroom was leaking, request to change room but its all the same. Location was OK. Next to a bar, a bit noisy.

The hotel is in the center, convenient for traveling. Near the bus station and subway station. It's close to everywhere. Water is refilled and the room is cleaned every day. Although the room is a bit small, it's okay. I've stayed in many hotels in the Hotel 81 system, in general it's okay, quick check-in and check-out.
