Very dirty and unsuitable, the bathroom in the lobby is very dirty, there is dirt, it is very dirty and the building has been empty for a long time, it is not suitable at all, very disappointed.

Kamar nya besar, tapi semua pada rusak. Air panas tidak nyala, Bath tube tidak keluar air nya. Ruang tamu cat sudah mengelupas. Kamar pencahayaan kurang, Lampu mati satu. Kolam renang kotor. Taman daun berserakan.

Tidak sesuai foto di iklan, tidak ada bagusnya, tempat luas tapi tidak terawat, sangat kecewa.

Very bad service, the villa is not ready for sale and needs lots of repairs. The toilet is bad, the chlorine pool is too strong, it smells and can make you itchy" the facilities in the kitchen are not ready, he said he wanted an engineer to come, but there wasn't a CO at all, not a recommendation.

This villa looks more like abandon house and creepy, sorry to say.

The facilities were far less than standard, there were no kitchen supplies, only 2 cups of coffee, 2 forks and 1 tablespoon, the room was only cleaned twice in the 5 days I stayed, bath soap was only provided once at the start. According to the info, the soap had run out at the reception and it wasn't even being refilled, the service was bad.

Many facilities need to be repaired, especially the bathroom and kitchen. Overall it looks like it hasn't been looked after for a long time.

The villa is big, spacious, but the swimming pool is dirty, too much chlorine mixture.

The room is not clean, no tissue! The lights are off, the towels are dirty, all the water is dead, the closet cannot be used as a whole. Those who want to stay here are advised to bring 3 gallons because the water is totally dead. Mineral water is not provided, service is not good, not friendly, cannot take a shower because the water is small. The pool water is not clean, the glass is dirty, the pillowcase smells musty.

Villa is so bad, dirty pool. Refund requisition is denied by owner directly (management). They should not sell this kind of villa with dirty pool even they work to clean the pool but fortunately customer still cannot use till 12am and must check out. Traveloka should warning this kind of bad behaviour of the villa management. Keep the customer away from this villa.
