We stayed at 2 different units. One with three bedrooms and another one is a studio. Check-in was smooth. They had a check-in time at 3 pm and we came around 3.15-ish, so we had to wait for 20 minutes because there was a queue. It wasn't a problem. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating by putting our units on the same floor and literally next to each other (which is GREAT!), even though we had to wait because the previous renter of the studio had a late checkout. Both units were clean. The kitchen in the three-bedroom unit was complete. They provided a frying pan, boiling pan, plates, bowls, spoons and forks, electric stove, cups, wine glasses, microwave, and a new sponge on the sink. The outdoor swimming pool was huge and pretty! To enter, one adult needs one access card, though. Just FYI. Definitely a great place to stay with the whole family. Thank you.Convenient

Room is clean. Only the check in took quite a long time. They can only do check in at 3 PM unlike other place. However the room and facilities are clean. Special thanks to the room boy who have helped me bringing my luggage Mr. Sophian. He provided an excellent service. My comment is make the check in time earlier.Impressive

A very very comfortable place to staycation. the bedroom and toilet are clean. the furniture is all new and the toilet is comfortable to wear. complete facilities from cooking ware to minimarkets. they also have a children's playground & beautiful garden. the swimming pool is very nice & comfortable. view from the balcony & bedroom is very beautiful. close from PIK Avenue Mall & fresh market. close from cafe and restaurant along the street. very easy to reach by public transportation especially transjakarta. very happy to staycation here.Convenient

Sunlake Waterfront Resort & Convention
My stay was really awesome. The room is literally huge with such affordable price. I love the cleanliness, the facilities, and also the staffs are very helpful. However, they can somehow improve in the taste of the meal and the variety of the breakfast menu. The traditional drink called Jamu was totally mindblowing, cool.

Whiz Prime Hotel Kelapa Gading
I have to wait for more than 1 hour to enter my room. I was arriving at the hotel with my friend at 2 p. M (which is the time when I should have been able to enter my room) and they told me to wait for 30-40 minutes, but then it ended up we waited for more than an hour. I lost my time to prepare myself for an important occasion. So sad.

Mercure Convention Center Ancol
Happy and very satisfied for us to stay in Mercure Ancol, especially the receptionist staff Mrs. Rahma who gave us the first best experience to spend this weekend here. Mrs. Rahma very helpful and nice to us, and gave us early check in so we can enjoy the room early. Thanks for the hospitality. The room was spacious, clean, and have the best view to Sea. I'll recommend this Hotel to my colleagues and family. Thank You so Much Mercure Ancol. 👍.

Nice for staycation with family. Comfortable environment. Only the unused ship room feels a bit spooky. The room is comfortable and clean, only the bathroom needs to be cleaner.

Resepsionis wanita, Amelia, butuh 30 menit untuk check in per customer. Di kamar sabun habis tidak di cek. Ada feces yg masih nempel di toilet / hotel female receptionist, Amelia, took 30 minutes to check in each customer, no soap and amenities in my room, has to wait for a full hour to get the soap refilled. And on the top of it all. There's dry feces in the toilet. What a horrible place to stay

Hotel Santika Kelapa Gading
Kamar hotel oke, tapi ternyata sprei kotor, ada bekas sundutan rokok, dan robek cukup besar. Awalnya ga kelihatan karena di bagian bawah ketutup selimut, pagi tadi baru kelihatan ternyata sprei tidak layak. Makanan di restaurant kurang bervariasi dan rasanya cukup aja ga yg enak juga
