The facilities were so old it fell apart; Even the bed felt dirty. The water is green and smelled tangy. The stay there made my skin itchy.

1. Room and dining area are mostly made of wood, and will need extra attention to maintenance. It 's not easy to maintain. Room is basically okay, but not really maintained. In between the walls look like bubble gums from previous guests. Toilet needs more light, door also needs more maintenance. 2. If you bring your kids, they will have fun giving fish food to fishes in the river from your room terrace. 3. Several options of activities available, but turns out mostly are available only in weekends:(4. Bbq dining available, costs 200k rupiah per person, very expensive for Jogja. 5. Swimming pool facility, but not that spacious. 6. All staff are friendly. 7. A bit difficult to walk around the hotel, we need to use e car from room to lobby/restaurant/pool. It is free but it 's not always available, you need to arrange time with the driver, and not always on time.

Kamar redup pengap vibesnya kurang enak. Akhirnya blg ke resepsionis dan upgrade ke kamar yg ada tulisan biru2 itu supaya suasana kamar lebih terang 🙂.

Overall it was a great stay. The room was spacious with proper lighting and comfortable bedding. But maybe for a family or those who would travel with elderly might need extra assist. The parking area is on another part of the hotel (about 3 min walk from lobby), although it was very spacious even bus could fit in. It might be risky with the area difference for when you need to go to your car late at night. Other than that, they offer valet service with no charge if I'm not mistaken. The entrance to the hotel for us a bit unnoticeable, it was rather small and just to drop your luggage off, but glad to found another entrance on the next turn (through their apartment entrance). I notice the hotel was quite new, so all the facilities were clean and definitely a pretty pleasant experience. Also, thank you to the kind and cheerful staffs all through the stay!

Located inside neighborhood, not on the main street. And there were many portals so the street mainly closed at night.

The hotel is inside UGM university area, for any needs correlated with UGM then this is the perpect hotel, however no lift or escalator available to access the 2nd floor, you must use the stair, unfortunately.
