Hotels in Ba Dinh District

All the staff are really nice and helpful, would be back if I visit hanoi one day 🫶.

I booked 2 double rooms, both of that is normal but too old and smell? I don't know. Do they clean these rooms everyday? However, the prices was really good when anybody stay in center of Hanoi

So excited! I love the radio, kitchen.

At first, the room looks nice and warm. The service is quite good as staff gave us detergent for laundry and quick check in. However this season in Ha Noi brought so many mosquitos, which made me awaken in the middle of night because of being stung so badly (above 10 times), and the bathroom seems humid too. I expect you guys will give us warning and a mosquito-net in the next time.

The hotel staff and policy is not friendly to family who bring child. So many restrictions that I've never been feel in others city in Vietnam.

No make-up room service unless told. Cleanliness is not up to our satisfactory level and air-conditioning is not working well. Reception not well-verse in English at all and they only know 2 words, i.e. ok and no. But they are quite friendly with the guest. Communication level is almost zero. Nothing special around the area and no halal food in the area too. I am unable to shop around and I have to use Grab taxi to go to another areas for shopping. This will be my last visit to this hotel. Thank you.
