The hotel is luxurious and extravagant beyond its price. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The check-in was smooth, so we decided to get the Accor Plus membership. Our room was upgraded to the Suite, which has an amazing view of the city and Gedung Sate. The room is very nice with a modern and luxurious design. The breakfast was very nice, with many kinds of food to choose from. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness center. Overall a must stay place to enjoy Bandung from it's center.

We stayed at Ibis for wedding celebration and the staff makes extra efforts to decorate the room for the happy couple, they really pleased with their room and able to fully rested. The hotel location is perfect for The Sunday Market (Pasar Tumpah) so it will be good to do some browsing.

Fast check in/out process. All staffs kindly & helping. I love the room design, it’s too cute, something fresh & clean, the wall decor show how old Bandung City, historical but eye catching. I’m wondering the water shower more powerful it will be prefect.

My friend and I had the most wonderful stay here! We stayed for staycation to let go of our stress and the result is really satisfying. I always stay at mitra hotel during my visit to Bandung. Homey conditions, nice and polite staff, only the parking area where limited now due to existence of coffee shop visitor which occupied hotel parking. I suggest reserved parking area for hotel guest

Had a pleasant stay here for 5 days, very recommended for a solo traveler. All the staffs are very kind, friendly, and most importantly have a quick respond for any given requests/complaints. I'm very impressed with their clean bathroom, despite it was a shared-space. Keep it up! Hopefully your cleanliness and service standard will always be maintained as great as now. Amalio Hotel Bandung
Room is smelly, no water in closet reservoir I had to fill it up every time I use it. Pillow and blanket a bit itchy, maybe because the room hasn't been used for a long time. For this kind of hotel, the most important things are cleanliness and functionality. Not services and amenities.
