Overall we are satisfied with the place, clean and good service.

I chose the Three b hotel and Villa in Banyuwangi for its proximity to the meeting point of my day trip. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. Access Issues: The road to the hotel is very steep and challenging to drive on, with no prior warning or information from the hotel. This was an unpleasant surprise. Cleanliness Concerns: The hotel area needed to be better-maintained, but I tried to overlook this until I got to my room. Room Problems: The staff initially gave me the wrong room and asked me to move just 3 minutes after I had settled in. The next room was even worse:- The bedsheet was dirty, and I had to request the cleaning staff to replace it.- The towel provided was in poor condition.- The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable, with a hard surface and an uneven frame—unacceptable for a night's rest. The bathroom was in terrible shape: dirty, smelly, and completely unusable. Overall, this hotel needed to meet even the most basic standards of comfort and hygiene. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a decent stay in Banyuwangi.

Beyond expectation based on price. Clean, good water heater, cool ac, and spacious.

We enjoyed our short stay here. The pool was good for afternoon dips, meal was good, very chilled and relax atmosphere. The only downside is, if you want to buy ferry ticket you cannot use the app because the location is too close to Ketapang harbour. But cross the road and you should be able to buy it from roadside stall. We had a good time during our short stay.

4 Days here and just fine, quitely nice.

Room is comfortable and worth the price.
