I think my overall experience still be the same, it was a pleasant stay, and always satisfied with the team's friendly and warm welcoming you when you arrived, I don’t need to wait for a long time to check-in, and the team very responsive when you need this and that. Honestly, it's an old hotel, but I've been here and for me this hotel is affordable and good and safe. Two stars with facilities exceeding 2 stars. The friendliness of the staff, and clean rooms and perfect working equipment. Unfortunately, when I visited, the lift was not working so had to take the stairs. However, for me, this hotel is very good for me at a very affordable price. Thanks to Ms. Rina, you have served with a sincere heart, with a smile and open arms. You deserve a star. It could be better. Staying here for 15 nights was almost perfect if they paid more attention to detail. On my last night staying, they forgot to clean up the room entirely, only the bed. The trash they forgot to take away. There was also another day when I got to the hotel, I found the floor mat on the top of my suitcase. Beside those two, everything was nice.
