Dunedin Leisure Lodge - A Distinction Hotel
It seems that the historic hotel inj is seen from the shape of the building, but due to winter in the room there is no AC only heater, clean bathroom, very few television channels, no TV channels for children.

Allan Court Motel
Very pleasant stay. Nice clean rooms. Heater working properly. There is a bus stop right in front of the Motel. Lots of restaurants near by. I will stay here again when ever I go to Dunedin
