Apartment in Pancoran

The staff is helpful and friendly. The building itself is a bit old, but the quality of the room is worth the price. The location is strategic, although the traffic around is quite hectic during rush hour.

Our stay at Swiss Belresidences was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly delivering exceptional service and special thanks to Duty Manager, Ms. Marida, for her excellent kindness. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety options. We will stay here again next visit.

Overall good, and located in strategic area

Was staying there from 23rd Feb and check out 26th Feb. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I used to stay here too with family on 2002-2003. Keep on that way hotel cipta.

Not clean at all. Air conditioner not in working condition. Toilet was dirty seems like didn't clean since last 6 months.

A Nice place to stay, close enough to anywhere

I forgot my speaker there inside the kabinet but when I call back to them they said they don't have my speaker they are not honest person. Its so bad impression.
