The entire staff is very friendly, the rafting guides are also friendly and very professional, it's just a pity that the lunch menu is very minimal.

Momentnya kurang pas karena saat rafting tinggi air kurang optimal. Tapi kami sangat senang dengan pelayanan yang sangat baik dan ramah oleh Caldera. Next time kami akan coba lagi saat ketinggian air sudah ok

The service is quite nice. We had lunch before we do our activity. The guide is also very nice and make a lot of jokes during the rafting (which is good). The scenery is remarkable. We see lizards on top of stone along the way. They also take a picture midway of our rafting, but we must pay for the picture and it's a bit expensive

My family & I had a great time with Caldera crew escort along Citarik river. The skipper & guide are very skillful. Make us enjoyed every rapid and felt secure during the trip. We will surely back again for the longer the trip next time. Thank you Caldera.
